I've been in sales in some capacity since I was old enough to have a job, and I've been a coach since the late 90s unofficially, the year 2000 officially. My sales experience spans corporate, telesales, retail, and entrepreneurial environments, so I've seen every sales system, technique, and "foolproof" script out there. And I've watched most of them fail coaches who are trying to build sustainable, profitable businesses.

Why? Because most sales training only teaches you what to do once you're already ON the call; things like managing objections, how to close, how to pitch... But they skip the most critical part: what happens BEFORE the call.

My Unconventional Background

I started as an actor and singer at a young age, and I've spent the past 25+ years as a professional voice & acting coach with a patent-pending method for preventing voice loss for good. I've trained actors, singers, and public speakers to use their voices with power and authenticity.

The training I received at my NYC conservatory taught me something no sales programs, mentors, or trainers ever could: authenticity isn't just a buzzword; it's a strategy.

When I am in the sales world, I bring that same principle with me, which is why I'm a top seller in most environments. No manipulation, no pressure, no "closing tactics" that make you feel like you need a shower after every call. Just transparency, authority, and partnership.

When I was auditioning in the brutal NYC theatre world, I created a mantra that got me through the high pressure of every waiting room:
